About Me

Hi, my name is Koa, and I’m a Somatic Practitioner dedicated to guiding others through deep healing and self-discovery. My journey into somatic therapy began with my own need for transformation. In 2018, I found myself at the lowest point of my life, struggling with deep depression and suicidal thoughts. I was lost, overwhelmed by constant anxiety, and had no direction.

Breatherapy

using breath to regulate the nervous system, build self-awareness, and release deep, stored emotions—both conscious and forgotten. Our breath is the foundation to rebuild a connection with our nervous system, allowing us to go deeper over time.

Fascia therapy

a hands-on bodywork approach that helps release trauma, emotions, and limiting beliefs stored in the body, restoring balance and connection.

Clearing therapy

it’s a trauma protocol that uses bilateral stimulation to rewire nueropathways.
